Headmasters' XV vs Club 1541
It has been a few years since we have manged to host Old Boys' rugby match ( now Club 1541) the weather and numbers proving challenging but this year there was a great turn out (and a small amount of assitance from Hucclecote RFC, thank you Mr Philips).

There was a great mix of current 1st XV players in the Headmaster's side as well as teachers.  On the sidelines some of our more senior Club 1541 members came to support their rugby days a hazy memory of mud and boyish enthusisam. It was worth noting that in some cases there were three generations of King's pupils in attendance.

The match saw great performances on both sides but the combination of youth and playing form meant that the Headmaster's XV took the trophy.
