The Headmaster, Mr David Morton, and new Bursar, Mr Lloyd Griffiths, are pictured with Mrs Jacqui Green, Trustee of the Park Street Mission. On 2nd May, Mrs Green handed over the keys for the Mission Hall and Caretaker’s cottage, after a year of hard work behind the scenes. The Mission Hall and cottage have been close neighbours of the school for many years. In fact, September 2018 was the 320th anniversary of the Quaker Mission being set up on Park Street in Gloucester, so the school will now take up the responsibility of this local landmark. The school currently uses the Mission Hall as an exam hall, for lectures and music lessons, as well as to let to the local community. In the short term, we hope to increase the size of the Junior School playground by incorporating the Mission Hall gardens but in other respects the buildings will remain largely the same.
