On Saturday, we welcomed the Class of 1982 back to King's. 

Organised by Ian Soper, they have held a reunion every five years since their 20 year reunion but this was their first chance to take a full tour of their old school and it was amazing to see the close bond between them. 

The memories quickly came flooding back, inclduing one they were all very proud off - fitting 28 students in a cupboard in the old sixth form common room (the top floor of Palace) and many happy times on the Paddock playing fields.

WIth Alumni flying in from all over the world just for the Reunion, the group made the most of their time together and also went Clay Pigeon Shooting and out for dinner in the evening. 

We look forward to welcoming them back in 2027 and also invite other groups of school friends to get in touch if they would like to have their own informal reunion here at King's.
