Thank you to former students Hal Woodward and Katherine Payne who returned to school last week to speak about their careers as apprentices, as part of National Apprenticeship Week, to help broaden our pupil's minds as they consider life after school.
They both work at Kohler Mira, with Hal having already completed a marketing apprenticeship and Kat in her final year of her Engineering apprenticeship.
A packed audience of 40 pupils were engaged throughout and asked excellent questions. Interest in apprenticeships is growing Nationally and here at King's so we are very grateful to Hal and Kat for coming and giving a great insight into what that career path looks like.
We are always on the lookout for more Club 1541 members to come in and talk about their careers. If you are interested, please email George Smith via g.smith@thekingsschool.co.uk
