70s reunion

A very informal reunion was held at the Gloucester Brewery on February 12th 2022; whilst numbers were not perhaps as expected there was a great turnout and an opportunity to meet old school friends, some of whom hadn't seen each other from as far back as 1975; a very convival afternoon with many tales regaled about our time at Kings, the wonderful memories, the famous and infamous characters - for a few hours we were all transported back to our teenage years - wonderful.

Keith Page was also in attendance, the well respected PE guru who, along with Andy Auster, plated an instrumental role in dragging Kings out of the Tom Brown schoolboy era into a more modern time, frustratingly, he looks no different now aged 74 then he did back then!

We all accepted we are getting older and the need to keep in touch is even more prevalent now that perhaps at any other time in our lives.

A great venue, lovely company, beer - what more could we have hoped for?
