Alumni from eight different decades return for Club 1541 reunion

It was fantastic to welcome over 70 guests back to King's on Friday 10th September for the first Club 1541 event in two years.

Alumni from eight different decades met with current and former staff and were given a tour of the school by our current crop of Prefects.

After hearing from Headmaster David Morton, Head of Alumni Relations George Smith and Chairman of Governors Philip Dancey, Alumni were treated to delicious food in the Hall and a tour of the beautifully refurbished Dulverton House. The looks of amazement were clear to see as the Alumni compared the new-look Sixth Form building to what it had looked like during their time at school, many of whom having lived there when it was a boarding house.

Thank you to all of those who came along and helped to make it such a special night. The buzz in the Hall was palpable as friends reconnected after many years apart and happily shared their stories from their time at King's.

We look forward to welcoming even more of you at our future events.
