It was wonderful to welcome back former Boarders from 5 different decades on Saturday for our first ever King's Boarders' Reunion.
Boarding officially finished at King's in 2001 and many who returned hadn't been back to the school since their time living in Dulverton, Wardle or Paddock House.
We toured all three, reminiscing about all of the fun and hijinx that went on in those old Boarding Houses, as well as visiting the rest of the school to see what had changed, and what was exactly the same! Our guests greatly enjoyed the new school museum, finding photos of themselves and reminiscing.
After a delicious BBQ in Dulverton Garden, we headed into the Cathedral and attended the beautiful Evensong in the Quire ,which brought back a lot of good memories.
Thank you to all who attended, Boarding is a large part of our school's history, and it was so nice to honour that with this special Reunion.
