The event, which will run from 6.30pm - 9.00pm, will begin with an evening reunion in the refurbished School Hall, followed by a first chance to tour the stunning ‘new’ Dulverton House building, fresh from its £2million makeover. You will also have the chance to tour the wider school with Sixth Form guides, look at our newly updated online archives, and catch up with other alumni, current and former staff. The Headmaster, Mr David Morton, and the Chair of Governors, Mr Philip Dancey, will speak briefly about the management of this project and you will also hear from me as I lay out my plans for Club 1541 and the wider King's Community. After a couple of years like no other, it is wonderful to be able to hold Alumni events again!
To sign up for this event, you will need to be registered on the King's Community Hub. This is a secure portal where you can reconnect with schoolmates and former staff, sign up for events and view exclusive content from years gone by at King's.
Please note that tickets are offered on a first-come-first-served basis, so book today to avoid disappointment. Each Alumni member is permitted to bring one guest. A complimentary drink will be served on arrival, there will be food served during the evening and a bar will be open for further drinks if required.
We will be joined on the evening by current Sixth Form students who will act as your tour guides and Mr David Evans, former Deputy Head at King's, who will be on hand to give tours of the wonderful school museum to allow you the chance to see some of the old school pictures from your time at the school.
If you have any questions, or problems signing up for the King's Community Hub, please feel free to reply to this email or by calling 01452 337 337.
