It was fantastic to see so many recent leavers at our Christmas reunion on Wednesday evening. This year’s event took place at Parler, a stylish new bar and café owned by alumni Miles Dunkley and Jack Corry. Our hosts provided exceptional hospitality, with Miles also stepping in as DJ for the night, playing from their impressive vinyl collection.
Guests were treated to live music from James, a talented Upper Sixth student, adding to the festive atmosphere. Over 30 recent leavers attended and reconnected with friends, many of whom hadn't seen each other since they left King's. It was great to hear about the wide range of things that they are up to now, from university studies and apprenticeships to careers in cyber security and the automotive industry.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the night so much fun, and a special thank you to Miles and Jack for their wonderful hospitality. Visit the Parler website by clicking here and keep an eye out for more Club 1541 reunions at this fantastic venue!
